Mauve Powder Room

This 1950’s powder room went through a renovation in the early aughts. Think cream tiles, new hardware, and white porcelain. It was much more functional afterwards but, its present-day owner always felt a bit regretful that it lost it’s original mauve charm. Through custom cafe curtains, wallpaper, a new vanity mirror, and paint we were able to let the original vintage fixtures shine again. The original built in cabinetry quickly became home to many delightful homemade tchotchkes.
